The House of Commons of England was the lower house of the Parliament of England from its development in the 14th century to the union of England and Scotland in 1707, when it was replaced by the House of Commons of Great Britain. In 1801, with the union of Great Britain and Ireland, that house was in turn replaced by the House of Commons of the United Kingdom.

Price was the son of John Price of Monachty and his wife Elizabeth Whitney, daughter of Sir Robert Whitney of Whitney, Herefordshire. He matriculated at Brasenose College, Oxford on 13 June 1589 aged 18 and became a student of Middle Temple in 1588. [1]

It is located in the wider Temple area of London, near the Royal Courts of Justice, and within the City of London.

Radnorshire was created in 1542 as a constituency of the House of Commons of the Parliament of England then of the Parliament of Great Britain from 1707 to 1800 and of the Parliament of the United Kingdom from 1801 to 1918. It elected one knight of the shire (MP) by the first past the post system.

He married Alice, the daughter of Edward Croft of Croft Castle, Herefordshire; they had 2 sons and 2 daughters.
