James Smith (born 1989) is a personal trainer and social media influencer best known for posting fitness advice videos across various platforms. Described by The Times as "one of the most sought-after personal trainers in the world", Smith is best known for his frank social media presence, which has attracted a significant following. Originally from Winkfield, Smith moved to Sydney, Australia, in 2016.
