    Jameson High School, located in Kadoma, Zimbabwe, [1] offers education from Form 1 up to A-Level. [2] [3]

    Jameson High School was named after Sir Leander Starr Jameson, a Doctor and an administrator of the former Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe. Jameson is a co-ed, interracial school which offers sports such as rugby, cricket, tennis, basketball, swimming, field hockey, netball, track & field and volleyball.

    There are four hostels, Warne House (boys - the Bulldogs), Starr House, (boys - the Mighty Men), Leander Hostel (girls- the Birds) and Hoult House (girls- the Bunnies). Around 700 students enroll at the school yearly and 200 live in boarding. The school motto is 'Sine Metu' (Latin for 'without fear') and the school mascot is a Panda Bear.

    Kwekwe High School is a high school in the city of Kwekwe, in the Midlands Region of Zimbabwe. It was known until 1982 as Que Que High School. The school motto is Non Sibi Sed Omnibus. Kwekwe High is a co-ed multi-racial school that offers education from Form 1 up to Form 6 and offers sports such as rugby, cricket, tennis, basketball, swimming, field hockey, netball and volleyball. The school was founded in the early twentieth century, and was a combined primary and secondary school until the late 1920s when it was separated. At its inception the school mainly served the children of white employees of the Globe and Phoenix Gold Mine and of industries based on nearby deposits of iron and chromite, along with the children of local white farmers and ranchers. The school was opened to students of all races in 1980. It has some 1,500 students and 50 teachers, with six of them teaching mathematics. The class sizes are usually between 40 and 43 students per class.

    The British South Africa Company appointed a variety of officials to govern Southern Rhodesia between 1890 and 1923. The most prominent of these were the Administrator and the Chief Magistrate, the first of which was in effect the head of government during this time. As such, he held a seat on the Legislative Council of Southern Rhodesia ex officio.
