Jamie D'Souza is a British stand-up and sketch comedian. [1]
D'Souza grew up in Shepperton and attended Cardiff University [2] where he studied Maths. [3] He is of mixed Indian and Swiss descent. [4] His parents met at the University of Surrey Scrabble society. [5]
D'Souza first performed in Edinburgh in 2017, where he reached the final of the So You Think You're Funny competition. [7]
D'Souza performed at the 2019 Edinburgh Fringe along with Chelsea Kirkby in a show named 'Bad Boys'. [8]
In 2022, D'Souza returned to the Edinburgh Fringe with a solo show named 'Stop Drawing Willies On My Poster'. [1] The show was recorded and offered onboard British Airways' inflight entertainment system. [9] It was also made available on the streaming service ITVX. [10]
D'Souza wrote and starred in an episode of Laugh Lessons titled 'BBC Flats'. [11] He has also written for Never Mind The Buzzcocks. [12]
