Jane Moubray is a British philatelist who was formerly president of the Royal Philatelic Society London. [1] Moubray signed the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1997.

Philately is the study of postage stamps and postal history. It also refers to the collection, appreciation and research activities on stamps and other philatelic products. Archibald George Mount Batten was a British insurance industry executive and philatelist who was a specialist in the stamps of the Orange Free State. In 1976, he was awarded the Crawford Medal by the Royal Philatelic Society London for his work The Orange Free State - its postal offices and their markings 1868-1910 and in 1981 he was the first non South African to be elected to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists of South Africa. His collection of Orange Free State postmarks and covers received over 30 medals worldwide.
Dr. Alan Keith Huggins MBE is a philatelist who in 1981, with Marcus Samuel, was awarded the Crawford Medal for his work Specimen stamps and stationery of Great Britain.

He was awarded the Sieger Medal in 2003 and 2008 and the Lindenberg Medal in 2012. Maassen is a specialist in the philately of Brazil and a student of the history of philately and philatelic literature. He is the author of many books on philately, a philatelic journalist and publisher. His own philatelic library, with hundreds of metres of shelf space, is probably one of the biggest in private hands. Furthermore, he is Editor in Chief of the German magazine philatelie and the international magazine Phila Historica. He is also President of the AIJP, the world association of authors and journalists in philately.
W. Danforth "Dan" Walker is an American philatelist who in 2014 was elected to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists. Walker is a specialist in the philately of Grenada. Previously he received the American Philatelic Society Luff Award in 2003 for Outstanding Service to the Society. Walker is a philatelic judge and was on the international jury for Praga 2018 and for Chicagopex 2019.
Frank Leslie Walton is a British philatelist and the former president of the Royal Philatelic Society London. He was formerly editor of The London Philatelist. Walton is a specialist in the philately of Sierra Leone. He is a signatory to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists.
