Jane Wanjuki Njiru is a Kenyan politician. She served as the Embu County women representative(2017-2022) and a member of the ruling political party, the jubilee party of Kenya. [1] [2] She vied and won the Embu woman representative post [3] [4] in the 2017 General election. [5]
She went to Mulango Girls High School for her Kenya Certificate of education in 1971 to 1974. She furthered her education at Kenya Management and Training Institute where she acquired a Advanced Diploma in management, Advance Diploma in Sale and Marketing and Diploma in Public Relations. [6] She was once the vice-chairperson of the Communication, Information and Innovation committee in the parliament. [7] She was also a member of Departmental Committee on Lands and Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee in 12th parliament. [8]
Njiru was elected as the Embu county women representative in 2017. [9] She worked as a Chief Executive Officer at New day Motors Limited in 2006 to 2017 and in 1979 to 2006 she was Sales and Marketing Associate at Telecom Kenya. [10]

Fatuma Adan Dullo is a Kenyan politician and the current elected Senator for Isiolo County as well as the shortest serving Minority Whip. She once served as the Deputy Majority Leader – Senate of the Republic of Kenya. Fatuma Dullo made history after being among the first three female senators to be elected as well as the only one from the Northeastern Region. He is a graduate of Kenyatta university with a Bachelors of Education and was a student leader at the same university. Karemba made history by becoming the first Akorino MP in the history of Kenya. Karemba currently serves as the Chairman of the Labor and Social Affairs Committee of the National Assembly.

She served the two terms through Orange Democratic Movement. In the latest Kenyan election, the 2022 general election, she vied for the governor seat though she lost it to Paul Otuoma. Mutua is the only woman to vie for the gubernatorial race in Busia during the 2022 general election. If she had won, she would have become the first woman governor in Busia county.
