Jean-Claude Mallet (born 25 March 1955) is a Special Adviser to the French Defence Minister and a member of the council of the International Institute for Strategic Studies. He was Secretary-General for National Defence from 1998 to 2004. [1] [2] [3] [4]

Michel Zink

Michel Zink is a French writer, medievalist, philologist, and professor of French literature, particularly that of the Middle Ages. Claude Olievenstein was a pioneering French psychiatrist who specialised in the treatment of substance dependence. In 1971 he founded the Marmottan Medical Centre in Paris as a "centre for care and support for addictive practices". Because of this, and because he published extensively, he became well known, attracting the media soubriquet "le psy des toxicos".

Jean-Didier Vincent is a French neurobiologist and neuropsychiatrist. He was Professor of Physiology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Bordeaux II and then at the University of Paris-Sud. From 1991 to 2004 Vincent was Director of the Alfred-Fessard Institute of Neurobiology at the CNRS. He has been a member of both the French Academy of Sciences and the French Academy of Medicine since 18 November 2003.
