Jenaya Robertson (born April 8, 1997) is a soccer player who plays for Calgary Wild FC in the Northern Super League.

Early life

Robertson played youth soccer with Coastal FC. [1] She also played with SurDel Girls SC for one season in 2009-2010. [2] Through high school and her early university career, she played five years while having a torn ACL. [3]

University career

In 2015, Robertson began attending Trinity Western University, where she played for the women's soccer team. On September 19, 2015, she scored her first goal in a victory over the Thompson Rivers WolfPack. [4] In 2017, she was named team captain. [2] In 2018, she was named a Canada West Second Team All-Star. [5] In 2019, she returned for a fifth season scored a school-record 14 goals. [6] That season, she was named the Canada West Player of the Year and a Canada West First Team All-Star, and was a finalist for the overall Canada West Athlete of the Year. [7] [8] [9] In addition, she was named the U Sports Player of the Year and a First Team All-Canadian. [10] She was also named the 2019 Trinity Western Female Athlete of the Year and also awarded the Complete Champion Award, the most prestigious honour a Spartan athlete can earn over their career at TWU. [11] [12] Over her time at TWU, she was also a three-time Academic All-Canadian. [13]

Club career

In February 2021, she signed with German 2. Frauen-Bundesliga club FC Würzburger Kickers. [14] [15] [16] [17] At the end of the season, she departed the club. [18]

In March 2022, she signed with Spanish club CP Cacereño, for the remainder of the 2021-22 season. [19] [20]

In February 2023, she signed with League of Ireland Women's Premier Division club Shelbourne. [21]

In February 2024, she signed with Athlone Town. [22]

In the summer of 2024, she played with League1 British Columbia club Unity FC. [23]

In January 2025, she signed with Calgary Wild FC of the Northern Super League. [24]

The Trinity Western Spartans men's volleyball team is a university varsity volleyball program in Canada that represents Trinity Western University, competing in the Canada West Universities Athletics Association of U Sports. Based out of Langley, British Columbia, the Spartans play their home games at the Langley Events Centre, a multi-sport facility close to the main campus. Led by then head coach Ron Pike, the Spartans won their first ever National Championship in 2006, defeating the University of Alberta Golden Bears in the final by a score of 3–0. Since then, the Spartans have won six more championships, for a total of seven, hoisting the Tantramar Trophy again in 2011, 2012, 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2023. The Spartans were led by head coach Ben Josephson from 2007 to 2022 before he took over as the head coach for Canada's men's volleyball program. Adam Schriemer is now the head coach. In the Canada West conference, the Spartans have won the league title seven times, taking the conference championship in 2007, 2012, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, and 2022.
