Jenna Nicole Day (born October 3, 1991) is an American beauty pageant titleholder from Louisville, Kentucky, who was named Miss Kentucky 2013. She was a Top 15 Finalist in the 2014 Miss America pageant. Her platform was "Improving the Lives of Special Needs Children". [2]

Biography

Day won the title of Miss Kentucky on June 29, 2013, when she received her crown from the outgoing titleholder, Jessica Casebolt. [3]

The Miss America 2019 pageant/competition was the 92nd Miss America pageant, though the Miss America Organization celebrated its 98th anniversary in 2018. This discrepancy is due to national pageants not being held from 1928–1932 or in 1934 because of financial problems associated with the Great Depression. The 2019 competition was held in Atlantic City, New Jersey. On May 23, 2018, it was announced that the pageant would air live on ABC on Sunday, September 9, 2018. This was the last Miss America to be aired on ABC before would be moving to NBC beginning from 2020 pageant.

Miss USA 2022 will be the 71st Miss USA pageant. The competition will be held on October 3, 2022 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada and will be broadcast on FYI. The competition will be hosted by Zuri Hall for the second consecutive year, while Julissa Bermudez and Micah Jesse will serve as sideline correspondents. Elle Smith of Kentucky will crown her successor at the end of the event. The winner will go on to represent the United States at the Miss Universe 2022.

Ellen Elizabeth "Elle" Smith is an American model, journalist, and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss USA 2021. As Miss USA, she represented the United States at Miss Universe 2021 where she was placed in the top ten. Smith had previously been crowned Miss Kentucky USA 2021, and is the second woman from Kentucky to win Miss USA.

Ashley Ann Cariño Barreto is a Puerto Rican-American model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2022. She will represent Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2022, and is the second Afro-Puerto Rican to win the title. Previously, Cariño was crowned Miss Florida USA 2021 and placed as the second runner-up at Miss USA 2021.
