Jerry Langford is an American animation director who directed several episodes of the animated series Family Guy . [1]
Langford has also served as assistant director on Avatar: The Last Airbender , character layout artist on The Oblongs , King of the Hill and Mission Hill .

Neil Affleck is a Canadian animator, director, actor, and teacher. He has worked as an animation-timer and director on The Simpsons and Family Guy. As an actor, he appeared in the 1981 film Scanners and had a leading role in the 1981 film My Bloody Valentine. He also directed animated works such as Family Guy, Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends,Mike the Knight, and the 2009 Doki special. He contributed to six episodes of Rocko's Modern Life, five episodes of The Critic, and one full season of Pearlie, Affleck won the Norman McLaren award for his animated film "Hands" while still a student.
Peter Shin is an American animator, director, and producer who served as supervising director of the adult-animated show Family Guy, himself directing the episodes "Death Has a Shadow", "Emission Impossible", "North by North Quahog", "It's a Trap!", "The Simpsons Guy", "Emmy-Winning Episode", and "Tales of Former Sports Glory" as well as its movie, Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story. He has also directed Big Bug Man and several episodes of Duckman, served as a character layout artist for The Simpsons for several episodes between 1990 and 1995, and has also worked on the cartoon Freakazoid!.
Dominic Polcino is an animation director who has worked on The Simpsons, Mission Hill, King of the Hill, and Family Guy. Polcino worked on the first season of Family Guy, then left to direct for King of the Hill and then returned to Family Guy. Polcino is currently a director on the Adult Swim series Rick and Morty. He then went on to create the TV pilot Lovesick Fool which debuted on FunnyOrDie then went on to exhibit at Film Festivals and is currently on YouTube. His brother, Michael Polcino, is presently a director on The Simpsons.
Brian Sheesley is an American animation director who has worked on several comedy shows, including directing duties on The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, two episodes of The Critic, nine episodes of Futurama and two episodes of King of the Hill. Sheesley also worked as an animation timer on Rugrats Go Wild in 2003 and as an animator on A Wish for Wings That Work in 1991. In his earlier career Brian worked as a layout artist on The Ren & Stimpy Show. Brian was an animation director and supervising director on Camp Lazlo, and recently an animation director on Regular Show, Sym-Bionic Titan and Uncle Grandpa. He studied in the Character Animation program at the California Institute of the Arts. He also worked on The Simpsons in 1996, as an animation timer.
"The Former Life of Brian" is the thirteenth episode of the sixth season of Family Guy. It was originally broadcast on Fox on April 27, 2008. The episode follows the Griffins' anthropomorphic dog, Brian, as he discovers that he is the biological father of a 13-year-old boy named Dylan.
