The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization.

Noe was also an avid coin dealer and owned various coin dealing companies,such as Capital Coin and Vintage Coins &Collectibles,as well as their subsidiaries.
John W. Oxendine is an American politician and businessman who served four terms as Insurance Commissioner of the U.S. state of Georgia. A member of the Republican Party,he was first elected commissioner in 1994 and was reelected in 1998,2002,and 2006. Prior to entering politics,Oxendine owned and operated a small business and was a lawyer practicing in Gwinnett County,Georgia.

Green,known as Doug Green,is the former Louisiana insurance commissioner who held the office from 1988 to 1991,when he received a 25-year federal sentence for taking $2 million in illegal campaign contributions from owners of insurance companies doing business with the state. Green's predecessor and fellow Democrat Sherman A. Bernard,whom he unseated in the 1987 nonpartisan blanket primary,pleaded guilty to extorting bribes disguised as campaign contributions and served forty-one months during the middle 1990s in a federal prison in Alabama.

John F. King is a retired American military officer and the state of Georgia's Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner. He was appointed by Governor Brian Kemp as commissioner on July 1,2019,replacing Jim Beck. Beck was elected in 2018,but suspended by Governor Kemp on May 16,2019,pending an investigation into allegations of illegal activity committed prior to his taking office. After Beck's conviction of 37 criminal counts of fraud and money laundering on July 22,2021,Beck was fully and immediately removed from office as per Georgia law,and King became the permanent insurance commissioner. King was re-elected to this position in 2022. King's appointment makes him the first Hispanic statewide official in Georgia's history. A native of Mexico,King is fluent in Spanish.
