José Bento Azevedo Carvalho is a Portuguese retired road racing cyclist, and most recently, general manager of UCI WorldTeam Team Katusha–Alpecin. During his racing career, Azevedo rode for ONCE–Eroski between 2001 and 2003 and for U.S. Postal Service between 2004 and 2006.
Marco António Chagas Martins is a Portuguese former racing cyclist who is a cycling commentator on RTP. A professional rider from 1976 to 1990, he won the Volta a Portugal four times, in 1982, 1983, 1985 and 1986, making him the second most successful rider in the competition, after David Blanco. Chagas was stripped from his win at the 1979 Volta a Portugal due to doping.
Ángel Edo Alsina is a Spanish former professional road racing cyclist, who competed from 1992 to 2007 as a professional. He competed in the individual road race at the 1992 Summer Olympics.

Claus Michael Møller is a Danish former professional cyclist. He competed in the individual road race at the 1992 Summer Olympics. He turned professional in 1995 with the Castellblanch team before moving to Milaneza MSS in 2000. He won the overall classification of the Volta a Portugal in 2002, and was a stage winner in the 2001 Vuelta a España. He also won the Subida al Naranco in 2001, and won stages of the Volta a Portugal and the Trofeo Mallorca. His career was marred in the late 1990s by a suspension for doping; as a result he was also banned for life from representing the Danish national team.

Vítor Manuel Gamito Gomes is a Portuguese former cyclist. Professional between 1992 and 2004, he was the National Time Trial Champion in 1999 and 2000. His biggest win was the Volta a Portugal, which he won in 2000 after finishing four times in second place. He participated in the Vuelta a España three times, but failed to finish all three. Gamito also represented Portugal at the 2000 Summer Olympics, participating in the road race and in the time trial.
Delmino Albano Magalhães Pereira is a Portuguese former professional road cyclist and the current President of the Portuguese Cycling Federation. Professional from 1989 to 2001, he notably won the Portuguese National Road Race Championships in 1989 and 1997, as well as the Troféu Joaquim Agostinho in 1997. He also rode in the 1994 Vuelta a España, and finished 34th overall.
Asier Guenetxea Sasiain is a Spanish former road cyclist, who competed as a professional from 1992 to 1996. He competed in two editions of the Vuelta a España, and had 11 professional wins in his career.
Serafim da Araújo Vieira is a Portuguese former road cyclist. Professional from 1986 to 1997, he most notably won the Portuguese National Road Race Championships in 1987 and 1988. He also rode in seven editions of the Vuelta a España as well as in the 1995 Giro d'Italia.
Manuel António Tavares Cunha is a Portuguese former road cyclist. Professional from 1985 to 1994, he most notably won the 1987 Volta a Portugal and the 1987 and 1986 Volta ao Algarve. He also rode in four editions of the Vuelta a España.
Quintino Fernandes Rodrigues Silva is a Portuguese former road cyclist. Professional from 1992 to 2004, he notably competed in two editions of the Giro d'Italia and the Vuelta a España.
Venceslau Domingues Fernandes is a Portuguese former professional road cyclist. He is the father of triathlete Vanessa Fernandes and professional cyclist Venceslau Fernandes Jr.. Professional from 1966 to 1991, he competed in three editions of the Vuelta a España, with his best finish being 21st in 1973. He also placed second on stage 15 of the 1974 edition. He also won several stage races, including the 1984 Volta a Portugal and the 1981 Troféu Joaquim Agostinho.
