Joe Kovacs (Born Joseph Stephen Kovacs; December 15, 1967) is an American puppeteer [1] and actor.
Kovacs was born in Independence, Ohio. In 2006 and 2007, Kovacs handled the puppet Madame, [2] including a performance on VH1's I Love the '70s . [1]

Péter Eckstein-Kovács is a Romanian lawyer and politician. A former member of the Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania (UDMR), he was a member of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies for Cluj County from 1990 to 1992 and a member of the Cluj-Napoca city council from 1992 to 1996.
