John Polakowski was born June 21, 1981 in Washington State.

The Ultimate Fighter

John Polakowski earned himself a shot into the house by defeating Wesley Murch because of referee stoppage due to a leg injury in the second round. Polakowski was selected by interim heavyweight champion Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira to be a part of his "red team". He was selected to fight George Roop and this was the last lightweight, first round fight. Polakowski lost the fight by decision after two rounds.

Ultimate Fighting Championship

Polakowski lost his UFC debut against former The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir castmate Rolando Delgado by guillotine choke. They fought on the preliminary card at the UFC: The Ultimate Fighter 8 Finale. [1] Polakowski was released from the organization following the loss.

Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira, better known as Minotauro or Big Nog, is a Brazilian retired mixed martial artist. A professional MMA competitor since 2008, Johnson mostly competed in his regional circuit, before signing onto the Ultimate Fighting Championship to appear on The Ultimate Fighter: Team GSP vs. Team Koscheck, in which he was the runner-up.

Jonathan Quinn Brookins is an American mixed martial artist who competed as a featherweight for the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
