Henry formerly served as the Attorney General of Oklahoma from 1986 to 1991,before resigning early in his second term to become the dean of the Oklahoma City University School of Law,where he remained until 1994. President Bill Clinton appointed Henry as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit,a position he held until he resigned in 2010 to return to Oklahoma City University as president. He retired as President of Oklahoma City University in 2018,and has since worked as an attorney specializing in mediation,moot courts,and appellate advocacy.

In 1978 he was elevated to the office of Judge of the High Court of Singapore,and served until his retirement in 1997.

James Robert Hannah was an American jurist. After attending college and law school at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville,Hannah opened a private law practice in Searcy. He practiced law for a decade,entering public service in part-time city attorney and city judge roles in small towns across the Arkansas Grand Prairie. He won election as Chancery Judge of the 17th District in 1979,and held the position until 1999,when he was nominated to the Arkansas Supreme Court. He served as an associate justice for four years,becoming chief justice in 2005. Hannah held the top position for ten years,until resigning in 2015.

William Edward Hunt,Sr. was an American soldier,lawyer,and jurist. He served as the County Attorney for Liberty County,Montana,and later as the mayor of Chester,Montana. During his tenure as mayor,he founded the Montana Consumers Council. From 1970 to 1975,he served as the Director of the Montana Aeronautics Commission. He was appointed the first Montana Workers' Compensation Court judge in July 1975,organizing the court and serving until August 1981. He won a nonpartisan election as an associate justice of the Montana Supreme Court in 1984,and served from January 2,1985,until his retirement on December 31,2000.
Christopher C. Wilkes is the former chief judge for West Virginia's largest judicial circuit,the 23rd Judicial Circuit,encompassing Morgan,Jefferson,and Berkeley counties. Wilkes was first elected to the court in 1992 and has served on the bench since 1993. He has been reelected four times since,most recently in 2016. On August 17,2018,he announced his candidacy for the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia Division 1. He was not elected,placing third among ten candidates. Wilkes retired in January 2019,but continued to serve as a senior judge.
