Johnny Rabb (born February 29, 1972) is an American drummer, author, inventor, and teacher. [1]
As a product specialist for Roland V-DRUMS, Rabb has performed around 70 international clinic dates per year. He endorses several companies including: Mapex Drums, Remo, Audix Microphones, Prologix, Blowit Fans, Drumometer, and HansenFutz. Rabb designed a series of cymbals with the MEINL company: Drumbals and Safari cymbals are part of MEINL's Generation X line. [2] Rabb designed a signature stick, TX7731W, for Pro-Mark drumsticks. [3]
In 2006, Rabb and Clay Parnell formed the band BioDiesel, described as "environmentally friendly Intelligent Dance Music". [4] Rabb is the drummer for U.S.S.A., a rock n' roll collaboration with bassist/programmer/producer Paul Barker, guitarist/composer Duane Denison, and lead singer Gary Call. Rabb formed the duo DrumJockeys with percussionist Chris Patterson (DJ Krushar) performing drum n' bass and acid jazz. Rabb also plays in Magnetic Lobster with friend Marco Minnemann.
Rabb held the title of "WFD World's Fastest Drummer Extreme Sport Drumming" by playing 1,071 single strokes in 60 seconds. [5]
Rabb became the drummer for Collective Soul [6] in 2012, making his first live performances with the band during their Dosage Tour between May and July. Rabb's debut studio album with Collective Soul, See What You Started by Continuing , was released on October 2, 2015.

Collective Soul is an American rock band originally from Stockbridge, Georgia. Now based in Atlanta, the group consists of the brothers Ed and Dean Roland, Will Turpin (bassist), Johnny Rabb (drummer), and Jesse Triplett. Formed in 1992, the original lineup consisted of the Roland brothers, bassist David Neal, guitarist Ross Childress, and drummer Shane Evans. Collective Soul released their Hints, Allegations, and Things Left Unsaid album on the independent label Rising Storm Records in 1993. The band went from obscurity to popularity that year after the album's lead single "Shine" received regional radio play. Around the same time, Turpin replaced Neal on bass. The album was then re-released in 1994 by the major label Atlantic Records; thus, "Shine" became a national hit as it peaked at No. 1 on the Mainstream Rock and No. 4 on the Mainstream Top 40 charts.
Brooks Wackerman is an American musician. He is the current drummer of heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold, which he joined in 2015. His first album with Avenged Sevenfold was The Stage (2016). He is most known as the former and longest-standing drummer of punk rock band Bad Religion. Wackerman has also performed, either as a member or a session or touring member, with Blink-182, Bad4Good, Infectious Grooves, Glenn Tipton, Mass Mental, Suicidal Tendencies, The Vandals, Avril Lavigne, Korn, Kidneys, Fear and the Nervous System, Tenacious D, Farmikos, Tom Delonge, and Big Talk. His brothers, Chad Wackerman, and John Wackerman, are also drummers.

Mike Smith is an American musician, best known as the founding member and former drummer of the New York–based technical death metal band Suffocation. He performed on their 1990 demo Reincremated, the 1991 EP, Human Waste, their 1991 debut album Effigy of the Forgotten, and their 1993 album Breeding the Spawn. He then departed from the band and was subsequently replaced before the bands departure from the scene in 1998. Smith returned when Suffocation reformed in 2002 after a four-year hiatus and performed on their 2004 release, Souls to Deny, their 2006 self-titled album, and 2009's Blood Oath. Smith was Inducted into the Long Island Music Hall of Fame in 2011. Smith left Suffocation for the second time in February 2012.
