Jonathan Corbett is a British TV food channel presenter, food commentator, and buyer working for Tesco plc.

Born and raised in Telford, Shropshire. Corbett was educated at the Charlton School, before training as a Chef at Radbrook Catering College, Shrewsbury. His then lecturer was the wife of former British Prime Minister, John Major, Norma.

After graduating, Corbett went on to work at the Duke of Westminster's, The Chester Grosvenor Hotel, before taking up a position with Marco Pierre White at the 3 Michelin Star ‘The Restaurant’ in London's Hyde Park Hotel. After working as a Chef, Corbett was given the opportunity to work in food development and buying at the Sultan of Brunei's Dorchester Hotel in London – from there Corbett worked for Robert De Niro's Nobu restaurant, and London's Met Bar at the Metropolitan Hotel in similar positions.

Corbett joined Tesco in February 2007 – and is working on the key development of Ethnic and Exotic food into the retailer's stores worldwide.

In January 2010 Corbett formed The Little Big Voice, a Marketing and Innovation company based in London.

Corbett married Antonia Jones from American Express in July 2007, in the bride's hometown of Leyland, Lancashire, UK.

Sidney Schutte is a Dutch Chef. He fulfils the position of Executive Chef at the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam and its fine dining restaurant Spectrum. Upon seven months of opening, Sidney Schutte managed to raise Librije's Zusje Amsterdam to the top and received two prestigious Michelin stars and a score of 18 Gault&Millau points. As of 2018, the Librije's Zusje Amsterdam is ranked at the 6th place out of 10, in the Dutch, Lekker magazine.

Evdoxios "Doxis" Bekris, born 30 July 1975 in Rhodes, Greece is a Greek chef, restaurateur, F&B consultant, author and culinary arts lecturer. He has launched and operated a number of renowned restaurants in Greece and around the world. Bekris was responsible for the F&B and Culinary operations of 34 Swissotel properties worldwide. He was chosen by Lufthansa as guest chef in their Star Chef Program and over 150 of his own menu creations were served on all of Lufthansa's inbound and outbound GCC flights.

Peel's Restaurant is situated in Hampton Manor, Hampton-in-Arden. It currently holds one Michelin star and four AA rosettes. Hampton Manor is a Grade II listed building. Originally the family home of Frederick Peel, son of Prime Minister Robert Peel, the Manor was acquired by hoteliers Derrick and Janet Hill in March 2008. Under the stewardship of their son, James, and daughter in law Fjona, today it runs as a Restaurant with Rooms.
