Jason White is an American musician and singer, best known for being the touring guitarist of the American rock band Green Day. He has performed with Green Day as a touring member since 1997, although he was an official member of the band from 2012 to 2016. He has worked with Green Day in the studio and on tour, and has appeared in various music videos with the band, including "When I Come Around", "Wake Me Up When September Ends" and "Last of the American Girls". He was briefly credited as an official member on the group's 2012 trilogy ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, and ¡Tré!. Prior to working with Green Day, he was a member of the punk band Pinhead Gunpowder, which also featured Green Day vocalist Billie Joe Armstrong. Frustration Plantation is the fourth studio album by cello rock group Rasputina, released by Instinct Records on March 16, 2004. While not strictly a concept album, Frustration Plantation does have many songs darkly relating to women's lives in the Old South.

Plexi was an American gothic noise rock band consisting of Michael Angelos, Michael Barragan and Norm Block. Formed in 1993, their original name was Godseed. Their sound has been compared to bands such as Bauhaus, Sonic Youth, The Cure, Bailter Space, Swervedriver, The Psychedelic Furs, My Bloody Valentine and Psi Com. Plexi's material combined a mix of detached, wry, existential, and romantic lyrics with a flamboyant blend of glam rock and artsy avant-garde textures and noise. Guitarist Michael Barragan was known for regular use of an Echoplex unit to create chaotic walls of sound.

Raised by Bats is the tenth studio album by Cuban American dark cabaret singer Voltaire, released in 2014. The album's production was crowdfunded by Voltaire's fans all over the world via a successful Indiegogo campaign; it would reach US$53,793, surpassing its originally intended goal of US$10,000. The album is a major departure of Voltaire's musical style; instead of his usual dark cabaret style, Raised by Bats is more deathrock- and gothic rock-oriented. According to Voltaire in his official website:
In truth, it's a tour of all of the kinds of music I loved growing up. There are songs on this album that are goth rock, deathrock, new wave, New Romantic, dark wave and dark folk. It's the album I've always wanted to make. Some of the songs were written as far back as 1984, when I was 17 years old!
Unknown is the seventh full-length studio album from cello rock outfit Rasputina. It was released exclusively on CD through Melora Creager's website on April 10, 2015, and is unlikely to ever be released in digital format – in response to Creager's websites, social media accounts and her own computer being hacked by an identity thief.
Jimmy Boyle is an American record producer, songwriter and musician of Irish descent. He has performed on, engineered or produced records for a diverse range of musical artists including the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Alanis Morissette, Dave Navarro, John Frusciante, Rasputina, Johnny Cash, Hole, Three Amoebas, and Rage Against the Machine. His record and album collaborations have sold over 50 million copies worldwide. His work on Alanis Morissette's single, "You Oughta Know" went on to win Grammy's for Best Rock Song and Female Rock Vocal Performance.
Rasputina is an American cello rock band based in New York City, known for their unconventional and quirky music style, as well as their fascination with historical allegories and fashion, especially those pertaining to the Victorian era.
