Jonesia Rukyaa Kabakama is an international football referee from Tanzania. [1] [2] She was an official at the 2016 Women's Africa Cup of Nations. [3] In 2021, she became the first female referee to officiate a match at a senior Confederation of African Football (CAF) tournament. [4]
