In 2023, Jenkins left Redcar and signed for the Oxford Cheetahs for the SGB Championship 2023 [11] and remained with the Chargers (as the team captain) for the 2023 NDL season. [12] He also re-signed for Peterborough as their rising star for the SGB Premiership 2023. [13] He won the NDL league title with Oxford Chargers, defeating Leicester in a one-off Grand Final. [14]

He re-signed for Oxford for the 2024 season [15] and also took his place in the Premiership with Ipswich Witches. [16] Despite an injury hit season in 2024 he returned to both Oxford and Ipswich for 2025. [17]
