Jukka Koskelainen (born 1961) is a Finnish poet [1] and recipient of the Eino Leino Prize in 1993 along with Jyrki Kiiskinen. They both edited the literary magazine Nuori Voima in the 1990s. [2]

Edith Irene Södergran was a Swedish-speaking Finnish poet. One of the first modernists within Swedish-language literature, her influences came from French Symbolism, German expressionism, and Russian futurism. At the age of 24 she released her first collection of poetry entitled Dikter ("Poems"). Södergran died at the age of 31, having contracted tuberculosis as a teenager. She did not live to experience the worldwide appreciation of her poetry, which has influenced many lyrical poets. The song is included on Nightwish's "Amaranth" single, which was released on 22 August 2007 as the second single of their sixth studio album, Dark Passion Play.
