Jules Doret Ndongo is a Cameroonian politician and the Minister of Forestry and Wildlife since March 2, 2018.
Since December 9, 2011, he has held the position of Minister Delegate to the Territorial Administration in charge of decentralized local authorities. [1]
In 2010, he was the president of the commission for coordinating and supervising the special recruitment of 25,000 graduates in the public service. [3]
He was one of the elected members of the central committee of the ruling political party, the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (RDPC) during the party congress organized on September 16, 2011. Marie-Thérèse Assiga Ahanda was a Cameroonian novelist, chemist, and paramount chief of the Ewondo and Bene people. When they returned to Cameroon, Ahanda became an elected delegate in the National Assembly of Cameroon, a position she held from 1983 to 1988. Ahanda became the Ewondo paramount chief in 1999. In December 2000, she began renovating her father's palace at Efoulan, Yaoundé, a project that cost an estimated 150,000,000 francs CFA. Ahanda is the daughter of Charles Atangana—paramount chief of the Ewondo and Bene peoples under the German and French colonial regimes—by his second wife, Julienne Ngonoa.
Jean-Marie Atangana Mebara is a Cameroonian politician. He was the Minister of Higher Education from December 1997 to August 2002, the Minister of State and Secretary-General of the Presidency from August 2002 to September 2006, and the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs from September 2006 until he was dismissed from the government in a cabinet reshuffle on September 7, 2007.
Parliamentary elections were held in Cameroon on 22 July 2007, with voting in some districts re-run on 30 September. Local elections were held on the same day, with seats on 363 town councils at stake.
