Julian Beeston is an English musician, mainly noted for his time in the electronic groups Nitzer Ebb and Cubanate. [1]

History

Julian Beeston was a member of the industrial band Nitzer Ebb from 1989 to 1992. From 1993 to 2003 he was a member of Cubanate. In the following years, he has spent time as a remixing engineer working on artists such as Bob Marley and Billy Idol. He has also worked as a composer and producer, making music for TV commercials for companies such as Mitsubishi and Ford and has produced trailers for Universal, Miramax and 20th Century Fox. [1]

In 2020, he launched a new project called Featured and released "We The People" EP. In 2021, he released "Girly," which features his own vocals but also vocals from several female vocalists in the industrial and alternative underground scene. [2]

In 2023, he released Dicks Incorporated, which features Steve White (PIG, KMFDM) on guitar and Dean Garcia (Curve, SPC-ECO) on bass and features Chelsea Dawn on vocals. [1]

In 2023, as part of Featured, he teamed up with KMFDM vocalist Lucia Cifarelli to release the single "Medusa." [3] [4] [5]

Hau Ruck is the thirteenth album by industrial rock band KMFDM, released by Metropolis Records on September 13, 2005. It was recorded in Seattle, Washington.

Schwein is a music group comprising members of Buck-Tick, KMFDM, and PIG. Members Raymond Watts and Hisashi Imai, both having worked together in Schaft, were joined by Atsushi Sakurai, Sascha Konietzko and Lucia Cifarelli. In 2001 Schwein released an album, Schweinstein, followed by the remix album Son of Schweinstein. Schwein toured Japan in the summer of 2001. However, Konietzko did not tour with them, citing illness and a desire to focus on KMFDM. In a 2023 interview with Visual Music Japan, Raymond Watts talked about the project and cited Schwein as his favorite collaboration to date and called Sakurai a "grand vocalist".

Marc Heal is an English musician, television producer and writer. He is best known as an industrial music artist of the 1990s, noted for mixing metal and techno with more traditional industrial sounds. His extroverted onstage behaviour was unusual in the generally downbeat industrial genre.

<i>WWIII Live 2003</i> 2004 live album by KMFDM

WWIII Live 2003 is a live album by industrial rock band KMFDM from their WWIII tour, recorded at the House of Blues, Chicago on October 27, 2003. It was released on July 27, 2004, on Sanctuary Records. It includes many of the songs from the WWIII album, along with some songs from other albums. The DVD release includes live footage from different venues throughout the tour. The band once again consists of 3 members of <PIG>, and these 3 members would ultimately be drafted into KMFDM fulltime as Watts and the band <PIG> would enter a lengthy hiatus.

C-Tec was an EBM band originally formed as a side project in 1995 by Jean-Luc De Meyer, Jonathan Sharp, and Ged Denton. The name was taken from Cyber-Tec Records, who released the band's debut EP. Afterward, Jonathan Sharp left the band, and Marc Heal joined as a full-time member.

<i>Ebbhead</i> 1991 studio album by Nitzer Ebb

Ebbhead is the fourth album of the British EBM group Nitzer Ebb. Co-produced by Depeche Mode's Alan Wilder in collaboration with Flood, it was released by Mute Records on 30 September 1991. The album features a continuation of their industrial sound with the inclusion of metal guitars for the first time, notably featured on the single Godhead as well as the Family Man remix. According to the band, the guitar parts featured were samples.

As Is is an EP by Industrial / EBM artists Nitzer Ebb, released prior to their fourth album 'Ebbhead' on LP, Compact Disc, and cassette by Mute Records in the United Kingdom and Geffen/MCA Records (GEF-21658) in the United States. It features four tracks, each mixed by a different artist / producer. The first track, 'Family Man' is the only one to feature on Ebbhead and appears here in a different form to that on the album. It was mixed by Jaz Coleman, vocalist and frontman of English post-punk band Killing Joke. The second track, 'Lovesick' was mixed by Flood who produced the band's second and third albums, Belief and Showtime as well as the previously mentioned Ebbhead. The third track, 'Come Alive' was mixed by Alan Wilder of Depeche Mode, who would eventually be drafted in to co-produce Ebbhead. The last track, 'Higher' was mixed by Barry Adamson and PK. Barry Adamson was the bassist for Howard Devoto's Magazine and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds and PK is an engineer/producer who has worked mainly for Mute Records on various Depeche Mode and Flood projects.

"Day of Light" is a song by industrial rock band KMFDM that was first released on 1 February 2010, on 7" vinyl, and was limited to 250 copies that sold out in less than 36 hours. The title track on side A features vocals by William Wilson of Legion Within, a band with whom KMFDM frontman Sascha Konietzko worked on two albums. The B-side is an instrumental track. Both tracks were made available for download as mp3s from the KMFDM online store on 13 March 2010, and "Day of Light" was included, along with a remix, on the "Krank" single.

WTF?! is the sixteenth studio album by German industrial band KMFDM, released on April 26, 2011, on KMFDM Records and Metropolis Records. The regular line-up of Sascha Konietzko, Lucia Cifarelli, Jules Hodgson, Andy Selway, and Steve White was joined by a handful of musicians from other industrial and alternative metal acts. The album took about twice as long as usual for the band to produce, and underwent a significant amount of modification during its recording.

<i>Paradise</i> (KMFDM album) 2019 studio album by KMFDM

Paradise is the twentieth album by industrial band KMFDM. It was released on Metropolis Records and KMFDM Records on 27 September 2019. The album features the band's new core line-up of frontman/principal composer Sascha Konietzko, frontwoman/principal writer Lucia Cifarelli, drummer Andy Selway, and guitarist Andee Blacksugar, along with guest performances from Doug Wimbish, Cheryl Wilson, and on-and-off longtime collaborator Raymond Watts in his first appearance on a KMFDM album since 2003.
