Jumeirah Golf Estates is a luxury residential golf community that is located along E 311 road (United Arab Emirates), in Me'aisem 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In 2021, it was rated among the top 10 lifestyle estates in the world. [1]

Jumeirah Golf Estates consists of over 1,500 villas, town houses and apartments arranged into more than a dozen distinct communities, set alongside two Greg Norman-designed 18-hole golf courses, [2] each with a different environmentally themed name Fire and Earth. The Earth Course is the host venue for the DP World Tour Championship, Dubai, the season ending tournament on the European Tour. [3]

Jumeirah Golf Estates is served by its own metro station on the Route 2020 section of Red Line on the Dubai Metro, serving the Expo 2020 site to the south. [4]

Dubai Creek has been described as a natural saltwater creek, tidal inlet, and watercourse or waterway in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It extends about 9 miles (14 km) inwards and forms a natural port that has traditionally been used for trade and transport. The creek ranges from 200 to 1,200 metres in width while the average depth is about 6.5 to 7 metres. Previously, it extended to Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary but as part of the new Business Bay Canal and Dubai Canal, it extends a further 13 km (8.1 mi) to the Persian Gulf.

Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7 kilometres (1.1 mi) long, 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi) gross floor area waterfront community located on the coast of the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a residential development and contains 40 towers. JBR can accommodate about 15,000 people, living in its apartments and hotel rooms. The Project has 6,917 apartments, from 900 sq ft (84 m2) studios to 5,500 sq ft (510 m2) penthouses. JBR has a total of six residential blocks, Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf and Murjan. JBR is within walking distance to Dubai Marina, Dubai Tram and Dubai Metro.

Dubai Production City (DPC) (Arabic: مدينة دبي للإنتاج), formerly known as International Media Production Zone (IMPZ), is a free zone and freehold area that caters to media production companies in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is located in Me'aisem 1. The DPC spreads over an area of 43,000,000 square feet (4,000,000 m2) on Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road, near Dubai Sports City, Jumeirah Golf Estates and Jumeirah Village. The Dubai government has plans to convert this area into the next generation of Dubai Media City.
