Yvan Junior Nsangou (born 2 September 2005) is a footballer who plays as a striker for Albacete B. Born in Cameroon, he is a Poland youth international.

Early life

Nsangou moved to England at the age of nine. [1]

Career

Nsangou is eligible for play for Cameroon through his birth parents, Poland through his father and stepmother, and England where he has resided throughout the majority of his life. [2] He represented the country of his stepmother at the 2023 UEFA European Under-19 Championship. [3]

On 7 August 2024, Nsangou joined Atlético Albacete. [4]

Personal life

Nsangou was born in Cameroon to a Cameroonian footballer Alirou Nsangou. [2] He has three younger half-siblings, two of whom are also footballers: sister Aisha, who is a Polish women's youth international, and brother Jonathan who is also part of Blackburn Rovers's academy. [1]
