The Oxi concert was a concert/Rally held on Friday 3 July 2015 in Syntagma square to support the NO vote in the 2015 Greek bailout referendum. House of Fame, also known as House of Fame – La Academia, is a Greek talent and reality show based on the Mexican concept La Academia. It began airing on February 15, 2021 on Skai TV. Singer Eleni Foureira hosted the live concerts on Fridays. The four judges were the founder of the record company Panik Records Giorgos Arsenakos, singer Katy Garbi, songwriter Phoebus and singer Yannis Ploutarchos.
The fifth season of the Greek reality show Just the 2 of Us began airing on September 25, 2021 on Alpha TV, for the first time.
The Masked Singer is a Greek reality singing competition television series that premiered on Skai TV on 31 March 2022. It is part of the Masked Singer franchise which began in South Korea and features celebrities singing songs while wearing head-to-toe costumes and face masks concealing their identities. The show is hosted by Sakis Rouvas, the program employs panelists who guess the celebrities' identities by interpreting clues provided to them throughout each season. Elisavet Konstantinidou, Thodoris Marantinis, Nikos Moutsinas and Athina Oikonomakou appear in each episode and vote alongside an audience for their favorite singer after all perform. The least popular is eliminated, taking off their mask to reveal their identity. The first season ended on 2 July 2022 with actor Renos Haralambidis coming in first as "Minotavros" and singer Sarbel coming in second as "Moro".

Love Island is a Greek dating reality show based on the British series Love Island. Following the premise of other versions of the Love Island format, the show features a group of single contestants, known as "islanders" who live together in a luxury villa that is isolated from the outside world, in an attempt to find love. Throughout the series, the contestants "couple up" to avoid being dumped from the villa. As old islanders are dumped, new islanders will enter the villa. At the end, Greece will vote one final time to determine the winning couple. It premiered on 29 September 2022, on Skai TV. The show was hosted by Iliana Papageorgiou and narrated by Vangelis Giannopoulos.
The eighth season of the Greek reality show Just the 2 of Us began airing on February 17, 2024, on Alpha TV, for the first time. From the previous season, main host Nikos Koklonis and the judges Despina Vandi, Kaiti Garbi, Stamatis Fasoulis and Vicky Stavropoulou, all returned. The backstage host from the previous season, Katerina Stikoudi returned as well from the 4th Live due to her birth of her second son.
