Koven L. Brown (born June 27,1951) is an American politician. He was a member of the Alabama House of Representatives from the 40th District,serving from 2010 to November 9,2022. He is a member of the Republican party. [1]
Brown attended the University of South Alabama,the University of Montevallo and Jacksonville State University. He graduated from the Kentucky School of Mortuary Science in Louisville in 1971. He is a Methodist. [2]

Allison Thomas Stanislaus "Pooley" Hubert was an American football player and coach of football and basketball. Regarded as one of the South's greatest college football stars,he played quarterback for coach Wallace Wade's football teams at the University of Alabama from 1922 to 1925,leading Alabama to its first bowl game,the 1926 Rose Bowl,known as "the game that changed the South." Wade called him "undoubtedly one of the greatest football players of all time." Hubert later became the head football and basketball coach at the Mississippi State Teachers College—now known as University of Southern Mississippi—and Virginia Military Institute. The 1925 Alabama Crimson Tide football team represented the University of Alabama in the 1925 Southern Conference football season.
