Karothi Venkata Satyanarayana, better known as K. V. Satyanarayana is a Kuchipudi dancer, choreographer, dance director and composer in India. [1] He has established Sri Satya Kuchipudi and Janapada Nritya Akademy and trained many artists. He won the Nandi Award for Best Choreographer for Sruthilayalu (1987) [2]
He was born to Venkata Ramanamma and Guruvulu as Karothi Venkata Satyanarayana at Eluru [3] While in the college days studying B. Com. he was inspired by Korada Narasimha Rao and started acting in different roles. He was trained under famous Kuchipudi dancer Vempati Chinna Satyam.

Sri Latha Reddy known by her stage name Roja, is an Indian politician and former film actress. She is currently serving as Minister for Tourism, Culture and Youth Advancement of Andhra Pradesh. Swarnakamalam is a 1988 Indian Telugu-language dance film written and directed by K. Viswanath. The film stars Venkatesh and Bhanupriya in the lead, while Sharon Lowen appears in a special role. The choreography is helmed by Kelucharan Mohapatra, and Sharon Lowen with soundtrack by Ilaiyaraaja. The song sequences were extensively shot at the Valley of Flowers National Park, the Nanda Devi National Park, the Shanti Stupa and Bhringesvara Siva Temple at Dhauli; and other locations in Visakhapatnam.

Sruthilayalu is a 1987 Telugu-language musical drama film, directed by K. Viswanath. The film stars Rajasekhar and Sumalatha with soundtrack composed by K. V. Mahadevan. It was released on 30 April 1987. The film garnered eight Nandi Awards and also won Filmfare Award for Best Director – Telugu. The film was premiered at the International Film Festival of India, and AISFM Film Festival. The film was dubbed in Tamil as Isaikku Oru Koil.

Raghavayya was an accomplished Kuchipudi dancer, who was awarded "Bharata Kala Prapurna" in dance by the Andhra Pradesh government.

Vedantam Satyanarayana Sarma (1935–2012), popularly known as Satyam, was an Indian classical dancer and choreographer, considered by many as one of the leading exponents of the classical dance form of Kuchipudi. He was known for his portrayal of female characters such as Usha, Satyabhama, Deva Devi, Mohini, Sasirekha and Gollabhama (Gollakalapam). He was a recipient of several honors including Kalidas Samman, Sangeet Natak Akademi Award and Sangeet Natak Akademi Fellowship. The Government of India awarded him the fourth highest civilian honour of the Padma Shri, in 1970, for his contributions to Dance.
Maddali Usha Gayatri is an Indian Kuchipudi exponent, danseuse, guru and choreographer from the state of Andhra Pradesh. A recipient of Hamsa Award, she received critical acclaim for her choreography and performances. She performs ballets in mythological, historical and social themes. One of her works, Nrityam Darsayami, included a troupe of 12 of her disciples performing for 12 hours uninterruptedly.
