KF Motorsport is a Japanese racing team and competes in Super GT GT300, SRO Japan Cup, and Super Taikyu ST-X under the Seven x Seven Racing (read as seven times seven) guise.

History

The team was founded by two-time Super GT GT300 champion Kiyoto Fujinami. The team started racing in the Vita series cup. Then also were involved in Kyojo Cup.

SRO Japan Cup

The team made its first GT3 race in the SRO Japan Cup as Fujinami and seven x seven owner "Bankcy" competed in the final round in Okayama. The team competed with Porsche 911 GT3 R (992). Both won the race in their first race. [1] Fujinami & "Bankcy" returns to the series and make their full season. [2]

Super GT GT300

The team then ventured to their first Super GT season in 2025. The team will run Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) as well with Fujinami, and Super GT race winner Tsubasa Kondo. They also will run the Yokohama tires. [3]

Super Taikyu

The team also venture into Super Taikyu as well for 2025. With the same car from other series, the team will race with all the Super GT & Japan Cup drivers, and Taichi Watarai. [2]

Other Series

The team started competing in the Porsche Carrera Cup Japan in 2024. The team also ventured into international competition, racing in Porsche Carrera Cup Middle East with "Bankcy" on the Master Class. The team also entered the Dubai 24 Hour where they competed in the 992 class. [4]

Kiyoto Fujinami is a Japanese professional racing driver who currently competes in Super GT for Team Mach. He is a two-time champion in the series, having won the GT300 class title with Kondō Racing in 2020 and 2022.

The 2022 Porsche Carrera Cup North America is the second season of the Porsche Carrera Cup North America. It is scheduled to begin on March 16 at Sebring International Raceway and end on October 1 at Road Atlanta.

SRO GT2 is a class of grand tourer racing cars maintained by the SRO Motorsports Group. Despite the name, this class slots between GT4 and GT3 in terms of performance. The cars have more power than GT3 cars, with the most powerful entries at nearly 700 horsepower. However, they don’t have anywhere nearly as much downforce as a GT3 car. It also shouldn’t be confused with the Group GT2 from the early 2000s, which evolved into the now-defunct LM GTE class. The class uses a balance of performance to allow for close competition between competitors.

The 2023 Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup was the thirteenth season of the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup since its inception in 2011 as the Blancpain Endurance Series. The season began on 22 April at Autodromo Nazionale Monza and ended on 1 October at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

The 2023 Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup was the eleventh season of the GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup following on from the demise of the SRO Motorsports Group's FIA GT1 World Championship, the third with the sponsorship of Fanatec.

The races are contested with GT3-spec cars only, as the GT4 class was dropped from the series and moved to the Japan Cup Series. The season began on 20 April at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia and is scheduled to end on 15 September at Shanghai International Circuit in China.

The 2025 SRO Japan Cup is the fourth season of the SRO Japan Cup, an auto racing series for grand tourer cars in Japan, co-promoted by the SRO Motorsports Group and Team Asia One GT Management. The races are contested with GT3-spec, GTC-spec and GT4-spec cars with hopes of GT2-spec entries. The season began on 8 June at the Sportsland SUGO in Miyagi and is scheduled to end on 14 September Suzuka International Circuit in Okayama.
