"KO" is a diss track by American rapper and songwriter and rapper NLE Choppa, released on October 30, 2025. The song serves as response to the ongoing beef between NLE Choppa and NBA Youngboy. Written by Potts, "KO" was produced by himself alongside Charley Cooks and Aaron Mattes.
The beef between NLE Choppa and NBA Youngboy dates back to January 2022 when DJ Akademiks posted a tweet stating that "NBA Youngboy on demon time rn" [1] that's when Lil Reese stated that "he just rapping like all the rest of these rappers all rap" NLE Choppa responded "I stamp that" in agreeance to Lil Reese. This is what NBA Youngboy viewed as NLE Choppa picking sides. when Youngboy dissed NLE on the song "Know Like I Know" from the deluxe version of his sixteenth solo mixtape, Colors . after NLE made comments defending King Von, with whom YB had beef. The same month, NLE got into a scuffle at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with an alleged fan of NBA YoungBoy, though NLE claimed that wasn't the case. [2] The song serves as a diss track towards American rapper NBA Youngboy, and uses the same sample—"Don't Look Any Further," used by 2Pac's Hit 'Em Up. [3] On the track, Choppa addresses YB's public image and his impact on the younger generation, with lines such as "You poison the youth, nothin' positive you do" and "You the reason niggas beating bitches thinking that it's cute". [4] [5] In the music video, it features an actor portraying a character that's seemingly meant to be a depiction of an NBA YoungBoy-esque figure. [4]
