Kaj Ringlund is a Norwegian handball player.

He made his debut on the Norwegian national team in 1955, and played 31 matches for the national team between 1955 and 1966. [1] He participated at the 1961 World Men's Handball Championship. [2]

Stabæk Idrætsforening is a Norwegian multi-sports club in Bærum, a municipality bordering on Oslo in the west. It has sections for football, bandy, handball and alpine skiing.
