Miklos Jon Molnar, nicknamed "Danish Dynamite", is a Danish former professional footballer of Hungarian origin who played as a striker for a number of Danish and foreign clubs. He was the top goalscorer of the 1989 and 1997 Danish championships, and won the 2000 MLS Cup with American team Kansas City Wizards. He scored two goals in 18 caps for the Denmark national football team, and represented his country at the 1998 World Cup and 2000 European Championship tournaments. He was also a member of the Denmark team competing at the 1992 Summer Olympics.
Sophus Erhard "Krølben" Nielsen was a Danish amateur football player and manager, and the first player in history to score ten goals in a full national team match. Nielsen scored a total 16 goals in 20 games for the Denmark national team, and won silver medals at the 1908 and 1912 Summer Olympics. He was named Denmark national team manager in 1940, and he was a pioneer in educating Danish coaches. His nickname Krølben is slang for him being bandy-legged.
Morten Wieghorst is a Danish association football manager and former player. He is currently the assistant coach for the Denmark national football team. He is the former head coach of the Denmark national under-21 football team and FC Nordsjælland in the Danish Superliga whom he guided to the 2010 and 2011 Danish Cup trophy.

Etvin Carl Pauli Jørgensen, known simply as Pauli Jørgensen, was a Danish amateur football player and manager. In his position of centre forward, Jørgensen played 297 matches and scored 288 goals for Boldklubben Frem. He won four Danish championships with Frem as a player, and coached the team to a fifth title. He played 47 international matches and scored 44 goals for the Denmark national team, making him the most capped Danish player for 22 years following his retirement. Furthermore, Jørgensen played around 75 matches for the Copenhagen representative team Stævnet.
Jørgen Leschly Sørensen was a Danish footballer who played as a forward. He started as an amateur player in Danish football, and won the 1945 Danish championship with B.93. He played 14 games and scored eight goals for the Denmark national football team, and won a bronze medal at the 1948 Summer Olympics. After the Olympics, Sørensen played professionally in Italian football for Atalanta B.C. and A.C. Milan, winning the 1955 Serie A championship with Milan.

Axel Andreas Jacob Andersen Byrval was a Danish amateur football player and manager. He played for Boldklubben Frem, where he was also a cricketer. Byrval was the manager of the Danish national football team for 16 matches in the years 1913–1915 and 1917–1918.
Kaj Frederik Christiansen was a Danish football player and manager. He began his career as an amateur player for BK Frem, winning the 1944 Danish Championship. He played professionally for French clubs Stade Français, Le Havre AC, Olympique Lyonnais, and Grenoble Foot 38, winning the 1954 French Division 2 with Olympique Lyonnais. Kaj Christiansen scored six goals in five matches for the Denmark national football team between 1943 and 1948. He was named 1943 Danish Sports Talent of the Year. As a manager, he was named 1964 Manager of the Year in France, and won the 1967 Danish Cup with Randers Freja.
Helmuth Arne Torkild Emin Søbirk was a Danish amateur football player, who played 30 games and scored 10 goals for the Denmark national football team. Due to World War II, 10 of his last 14 internationals were matches against Sweden. Søbirk spent his club career with BK Frem and B 93. He was a forward and known for his trickery and cheeky style, which could zap his opponent's confidence.
John Angelo Valdemar Østergaard Hansen, known simply as John Hansen, was a Danish footballer who played as a forward. He played professionally for seven years in Italy: he scored 124 goals in 187 matches for Juventus F.C., and won two Serie A championships with the club, finishing as Capocannoniere top-goal scorer in the 1951–52 Serie A season; he later also played for Italian club S.S. Lazio. He won the 1944 Danish championship with childhood club BK Frem. Hansen scored 10 goals in eight games for the Denmark national football team in 1948, and won a bronze medal with Denmark at the 1948 Summer Olympics. In 1985, Hansen received the Italian order of chivalry.
Kaj Aksel Hansen was a Danish football player and manager. As an amateur player, he scored 114 goals in 202 games for B 93, and scored 12 goals in 27 games for the Denmark national football team. Hansen won five Danish football championships with B 93, and was the joint top goalscorer of the 1940 season. He was banned from Danish football in 1946, having illegally accepted payment to play. He then played professionally for French clubs Stade Francais, SR Colmar, FC Metz and CA Paris.
Arne Sørensen was a Danish association football player and coach. During his career as an athlete, Sørensen won three Danish championships with Boldklubben 1893 and Boldklubben 1893, before moving abroad to play professionally in French football. As a midfielder for the Denmark national football team, he played 30 games and scored four goals. As a coach, Sørensen won silver medals with the Danish national team at the 1960 Summer Olympics, and also won the Danish championship with Esbjerg fB, Kjøbenhavns Boldklub, and Hvidovre IF.
John Walther Christensen was a Danish amateur footballer who played as a midfielder. He made 10 appearances and scored one goal for the Denmark national football team. Christensen spent his entire club career with Boldklubben Frem, with whom he won the Danish championship in 1941 and 1944. Christensen was described as one of the greatest Danish football talents of all time, and was a well-balanced player who possessed a fine overview and performed delicate passes.
The 1927–28 Danmarksmesterskabsturneringen i Fodbold was the 1st edition of the new year-long league structure for the Danish national football championship play-offs, a Danish FA-organised club football tournament between the highest ranking clubs from each of the six regional football associations. The national tournament at the top of the Danish football league system consisted of two stages, a preliminary round contested by 20 teams split into 5 groups determined by draw and distributed evenly among all regional associations, where the five winners of each group would qualify for the final championship round held at the end of the season. The clubs participating in the nationwide competition were also simultaneously contesting in their local regional league championships.

The 1926–27 KBUs Mesterskabsrække was the 39th season of the Copenhagen Football Championship since its establishment in 1889, and the 25th under the administration of Kjøbenhavns Boldspil-Union (KBU). The season was launched with two league matches on 29 August 1926 and the final round of regular league fixtures were played on 8 May 1927 with two matches. Boldklubben 1903 were the defending league champions from the 1925–26 KBUs season. The winner of the league would automatically qualify for the national championship final of the 1926–27 Landsfodboldturneringen played at the end of the regular season. All six teams in the league, including the winner of the 1926–27 KBUs A-række, also participated in the inaugural season of the new Danish Championship play-off structure, the 1927–28 Danmarksmesterskabsturneringen i Fodbold. The same six teams including both the winners and runners-up of the second-tier league, 1926–27 KBUs A-række automatically qualified for the 1927 edition of KBUs Pokalturnering.

The 1927 KBUs Pokalturnering was the 18th edition of the regional tournament, KBUs Pokalturnering, the highest senior cup competition organised by the Copenhagen FA (KBU). The tournament was held in the fall of 1927 with B.93 as the defending cup champions. The season was launched on 28 August 1927 with the two matches featuring three of the lowest placed league teams from the previous season. BK Frem won the 1927 edition by defeating the previous season's cup champions, Østerbro-based B.93, 3–2 in the final after 3–0 lead halfway through the second half and an overall even match, played at Københavns Idrætspark on 6 November 1927, which was the BK Frem's second cup title in the tournament after seven appearances in the finals. The 8 participants in the tournament included the six members of the 1926–27 KBUs Mesterskabsrække and the two highest placed teams from the 1926–27 KBUs A-række.
