The Parade All-America Boys Basketball Team was an annual selection by Parade that nationally honored the top high school boys' basketball players in the United States. It was part of the Parade All-American series that originated with boys basketball before branching to other sports. Started by the Sunday magazine in 1957, it had been the longest ongoing selection of high school basketball All-Americans in the country at the time of its final selections in 2015. Many of the honorees went on to star as college and professional basketball players. As of March 2011, there were 162 Parade All-Americans that were playing in the National Basketball Association (NBA).
Clifford Clinkscales is an American professional basketball assistant coach for the KW Titans of the National Basketball League of Canada and a former player. A 6-foot-1-inch (1.85 m) point guard, Clinkscales began playing professionally in 2008, with two seasons in the NBA Development League. He spent most of his professional career in NBL Canada, playing from 2013 to 2020 in Halifax for the Rainmen and the Hurricanes. With the Halifax Hurricanes, he set the record for the most career assists in NBL Canada history.
Yannick Anzuluni is a Canadian professional basketballer, who played for Rostock Seawolves of the German ProA league. Previously, when he played with Tampereen Pyrintö team in the Finnish First Division, he was an All-Star, led the league in scoring and steals, and was named Player of the Year. Anzuluni also had a history playing in the NBL Canada, with the Quebec Kebs. He was named a NBL Canada All-Star in 2012, but did not appear in the game.

He was an NBL Canada All-Star in 2014 and earned All-League honors for the 2013–14 season. Moodie has experience playing in multiple countries across the world outside of Canada, primarily Argentina. He played college basketball at Ball State for three years and capped his amateur career representing the University of Indianapolis.

Thomas Ryan Scrubb is a Canadian professional basketball player for Monbus Obradoiro of the Spanish Liga ACB. He played university basketball for the Carleton Ravens.
Justin Nicholas Jackson is a Canadian professional basketball player for the Calgary Surge of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL). He played college basketball for the Maryland Terrapins. He was selected in the second round of the 2018 NBA draft.
Kenneth Aoro Otieno is a Kenyan-Canadian professional basketball player who most recently played for the Edmonton Stingers of the Canada Elite Basketball League. He played college basketball with Alberta, redshirting two seasons and earning all-conference honors. Born in Nairobi, Otieno was brought up in Edmonton and attended Winston Churchill High School in Lethbridge. At the professional level, he has primarily competed in the NBL Canada, although he has spent time in Spain as well.
Marcos Henrique Louzada Silva, commonly known as Didi Louzada, is a Brazilian professional basketball player for Flamengo of the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB). At the 2019 NBA draft, he was drafted by the Atlanta Hawks, before being traded to the New Orleans Pelicans.
