Kampa is an island in the Vltava river in central Prague on the side of Malá Strana. Charles Bridge crosses its northern tip and is connected to the island by the street ulice Na Kampě. It is separated from Malá Strana by a narrow artificial channel to the west called the Devil's Stream (Čertovka), a waterway dug to power water mills. It is supposedly named after a sharp-tongued woman who lived in a local home called the Seven Devils.
The Embassy of France to the Czech Republic is in Velkopřevorské náměstí, Malá Strana, Prague, near Kampa Island in the River Vltava. It occupies the baroque Buquoy Palace, which was originally built in 1667 and then altered during the 18th century. The ground floor of the embassy was flooded during the August 2002 floods.

Josef Dobrovský Monument is an outdoor monument commemorating Josef Dobrovský, installed at Kampa Park in Malá Strana, Prague, Czech Republic. It consists of a large base and a bust, which was designed by Tomáš Seidan in 1890. The monument was first revealed in Vrchlického sady near Prague main train station. After World War II, it was moved to the Kampa Park, next to Werichova vila, which is a house, where Dobrovský spent his pension.
Réva (Wine), or Dívka s hrozny, is an outdoor statue, installed in 1960 at Kampa Park in Prague, Czech Republic. The statue is a typical work of Karla Vobišová-Žáková, the first Czech professional female sculptor, aimed to figural and portrait sculptures. The almost life-size statue was created from Carrara marble, the piedestal from sandstone. The statue is separately registered and protected as a cultural monument since 1964. The last restoration was made in 1997.

Adriena Šimotová (1926–2014) was a prominent Czech artist. Known for her work with paper and fabric, she held numerous exhibitions in the Czech Republic and abroad during her lifetime including a retrospective organized by the National Gallery in Prague in 2001.
