History

In 2007, the Karate Association was founded by Toni Dietl, Hans-Peter Wiegert, Roland Schellhammer, Nadine Ziemer, Christine Moosherr and Werner Bührer. Purpose was to establish a federation for professional martial arts schools. Target group of the martial arts college are therefore large dojos and newly founded martial arts schools. To support these schools Danprüfungen, training, further education and seminars are offered several times a year. Above all, the counseling of dojo start-ups and the training of coaches occupy a great value in the structure of the martial arts college. Training instructors, martial arts coaches and professional trainers are trained for competitive sports. In addition, in recent years, the training and education of the judges up to the world judges for the WKU World Cup was another focus. Immediately after its founding in 2007, the martial arts college joined forces with the world martial arts association WKU . Because of this cooperation, karate and kickboxing world championships are held in the WKU today. The World Championships of the WKU will be broadcast live via SAT.1 and SPORT1. The association is one of the fastest growing martial arts organizations in Europe. The martial arts college was not founded on a club basis, but as a limited partnership. In December 2015, the name of the Association of Karate College in Martial Arts College [1] was changed and moved the association headquarters to Dresden. Since December 7, 2015, the martial arts college is certified according to DIN ISO 29990 as an educational institution. [2] The Martial Arts College has martial arts schools from Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Samurai Kids System

In addition to the training of young people and adults is a focus of martial arts training in the children. Nadine Joachim and Toni Dietl have developed the teaching system "Samurai Kids" for this purpose. In 2013, more than 10,000 yearbooks were issued to children alone. It is all about motivation and support of children. The goal here is to accompany the children up to the black belt (Dan). Not the elite selection is the goal, but the meaningful promotion and support of the children. Thus, Toni Dietl has already established as a national coach the Black Belt for children in karate. In the Samurai Kids System, the entire children's education has been redesigned. [3] The lessons are now divided into the following lessons: fitness section, security section, kumite section and blocks of four. [4]
