The George's Day Movement is a nationalist political party in Bulgaria.
Stanislav Todorov Trifonov, known as Slavi Trifonov, is a Bulgarian TV host, tambourine and viola player, singer and politician. Trifonov is mainly active in the traditional Bulgarian folklore music genres, but he has experimented with other genres such as hip-hop in collaboration with the Australian-based producer Yasen Subev, and pop-rock and punk as a part of Ku-Ku Band. His name is associated mainly with the Slavi's Show, Exiles, Canaletto and KU-KU.
Lilyana Ivanova Petrova, known professionally as Lili Ivanova is a Bulgarian singer. In tribute to her contribution to the culture of the country, she is often referred to as the "Prima of Bulgarian popular music". Since 1961 she is having continuous performing and concert activities, recorded songs and albums, made media appearances, participated in television programs, and made music videos. In 2023 she has been awarded with a special award by BG Radio for being "The greatest Bulgarian pop singer of all times".

The Bulgarian broadcaster Bulgarian National Television (BNT) organised the national final Bŭlgarskata pesen v „Evroviziya 2006” in order to select the Bulgarian entry for the 2006 contest in Athens, Greece. 24 entries were selected to participate in the national final which consisted of two shows: a semi-final and a final, held on 25 February 2006 and 11 March 2006, respectively. The top twelve songs of the semi-final as determined by a fifteen-member jury panel qualified to the final. In the final, public televoting exclusively selected "Let Me Cry" performed by Mariana Popova as the winning entry with 4,700 votes.

The Bulgarian broadcaster Bulgarian National Television (BNT) organised the national final Bŭlgarskata pesen v „Evroviziya 2005” in order to select the Bulgarian entry for the 2005 contest in Kyiv, Ukraine. 24 entries were selected to participate in the national final which consisted of two shows: a semi-final and a final, held on 22 January 2005 and 12 February 2005, respectively. The top twelve songs of the semi-final as determined by an eleven-member jury panel qualified to the final. In the final, public televoting exclusively selected "Lorraine" performed by Kaffe as the winning entry with 76,590 votes.
Slavi's Show was a long-running Bulgarian evening talk show aired every workday on bTV from 22:30 to 23:30 EET and hosted by Slavi Trifonov. Occasionally, the show also aired live at 20:00 EET.
Nevena Tsoneva is a Bulgarian singer who won the first season of the Bulgarian television series Music Idol in 2007.
Viktor Kalev is a Bulgarian comedy actor and singer born in Zlatograd. He is well known on television, and he became famous in the TV show Kanaleto, afterwards working in the show Slavi's Show.

Hasan and Ibrahim Ignatov are Bulgarian twin pianists.
