Kangen Band is a Malay Pop music group from Indonesia which was formed on 4 July 2005 in Bandar Lampung by Dodhy Hardianto and his friends. The band often changes personnel. However, the band turns into full formation in 2020. [1]

History

In 2008, Kangen Band launched their third album, Bintang 14 Hari. Bintang 14 Hari presents a different color of music by featuring Malay elements and exploring Javanese elements. On this album, Kangen hooked arranger Andi Bayou with Eren's backing vocals. [2]

Bintang di Surga is the second studio album by Indonesian alternative rock band Peterpan. Rolling Stone Indonesia magazine ranked the album #116 on "The 150 Greatest Indonesian Albums of All Time" list., A song from this album, "Kukatakan Dengan Indah", got a place at #140 on Rolling Stone Indonesia's "150 Greatest Indonesian Songs of All Time" list.

Andi Rianto is a noted Indonesian film score composer who has worked on several of Indonesia's most popular films. He's also the leader of the Magenta Orchestra.

Major General Muhammad Mangundiprojo was a 20th-century Indonesian soldier, revolutionary, and civil servant. Born in Sragen Regency on the island of Java, Mangundiprojo joined a nationalist group during the Second World War. He later fought against the return of Dutch colonial authority to Indonesia, and later went on to become a politician. He died in Bandar Lampung in 1988.
