Karberghus is a Danish real estate company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. It specializes in the acquisition, restoration and renting out of historic properties in the Copenhagen area and is a member of BYFO, Historiske Huse and Europa Nostra. Karberghus is the owner of the company Office Club offering coworking in historic buildings in Copenhagen.
The company traces its history back to 1917 when Hans Just constructed a combined headquarters and warehouse on Århusgade in the Østerbro district of Copenhagen. The portfolio was later expanded with several storage buildings in suburban Copenhagen. Since 2005 the company has invested in historic properties. [1]

Den Gamle By, or The Old Town in English, is an open-air town museum located in the Aarhus Botanical Gardens, in central Aarhus, Denmark. In 1914, the museum opened as the world's first open-air museum of its kind, concentrating on town culture rather than village culture, and to this day it remains one of just a few top rated Danish museums outside Copenhagen, serving more than 400,000 visitors pr. year. Today the museum consists of 75 historical buildings collected from 20 townships in all parts of the country. The town itself is the main attraction but most buildings are open for visitors; rooms are either decorated in the original historical style or organized into larger exhibits of which there are 5 regular with varying themes.

The Harsdorff House is a historic property located on Kongens Nytorv in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It was built by Caspar Frederik Harsdorff in 1780 and was in the same time to serve as inspiration for the many uneducated master builders of the time. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was based in the building from 1864 to 1923.
The Ziegler House, located at the corner of Nybrogade and Knabrostræde, is an 18th-century Rococo-style, bourgeoisie townhouse overlooking Slotsholmens Kanal and Slotsholmen in central Copenhagen, Denmark. The building was designed by Philip de Lange and formerly also known as Eneretsgården.
The Sankt Annæ Plads 1–3, also known as the Fibiger House, is a Late Neoclassical property at Sankt Annæ Plads in Copenhagen, Denmark. Built in 1849, it originally contained high-end apartments for well-to-do members of the bourgeoisie but was converted into office space in the second half of the 20th century. It was listed by the Danish Heritage Agency in the Danish national registry of protected buildings and in 1932. Danmarks Skibskredit A/S is now based in the building.
Rævebakkevej Water Tower, situated on Rævebakken, 36 m above sea level, is the oldest surviving water tower in Gentofte Municipality in the northern suburbs of Copenhagen, Denmark. It was built in 1905 to a National Romantic design by Andreas Theil and decommissioned in 1972.

Sjællandsgade is a street in the Nørrebro district of Copenhagen, Denmark. It runs from Nørrebrogade in the southwest to Tagensvej in the northeast. The Morten Farum House, situated at Amaliegade 21A, is a former 18th-century town house dating from the early years of the Frederiksstaden district of central Copenhagen, Denmark. Its original Baroque style architecture by Nicolai Eigtved—who had also created the masterplan for the district—has later been compromised by the addition of a third storey. A complex of buildings on its rear, consisting of two parallel rear wings and a 10 bays long perpendicular side wing, all of which are yellow-washed with brown-painted timber framing, was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1918.
Nyhavn 55 is a just three-bays-wide, 18th-century canal house overlooking the Nyhavn Canal in central Copenhagen, Denmark. The building was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1918. The heritage listing comprises a half-timbered perpendicular side wing on its hear.
Amaliegade 11 is a former 18th century town house in the Frederiksstaden neighborhood of central Copenhagen, Denmark. The house was originally constructed in the mid-1750s with a facade design by Niels Eigtved in accordance with his overall guidelines for buildings in the new district. In the 1870s, it was acquired by silversmith Vilhelm Christesen and heightened to four storeys. On its rear is a succession of three free-standing secondary buildings separated by small courtyards. The building fronting the street and the two first rear wings, both of which are half-timbered, were listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1978. Other notable former residents include two later admirals and a foreign minister.
Højbro Plads 13 is a Neoclassical property situated at the corner of Højbro Plads and Lille Kirkestræde in central Copenhagen, Denmark. The building was like most of the other buildings in the area constructed as part of the rebuilding of the city following the Copenhagen Fire of 1795. It was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1950.
