Karen Njeri Nyamu is a Kenyan politician from the UDA ruling party. [1] She is a nominated member of the Senate of Kenya. [2]

Early life

Karen Nyamu is a Kenyan Senator and second wife of Mugithi star Samidoh. She is also known for her outrageous remarks, particularly during the Finance Bills 2024 riots in Kenya, regarding female sanitary products, being of the opinion that it is right to have the prices raised, due to excess taxation. She has two children.

Nyamu was born in the Eastlands area of Nairobi. [3]

Political career

Nyamu vied for the Women Rep position but shelved her ambitions for another candidate called Millicent Omanga and there after nominated as UDA senator by HE. Dr. William Ruto . [4]

Personal life

Nyamu is a single mother of two children. [5]
