A man waits outside a hospital's delivery room, minutes later a nurse comes out to tell him that his wife gave birth to a yam tuber. He immediately leaves the hospital in anger. This would lead to a fall out between him and his wife upon her discharge from the hospital. Following a heated argument, she hits him with a pestle and he falls to the ground dead. Karashika appears and tells her to hang herself, which she did, and she is taken to hell by Karashika.
A boy called Divine in church rises to read John 3:16 to the hearing of the congregation and the pastor (Joseph Okechukwu) preaches about the sacrifice of God and points out a model Christian family of which Divine is the only child.
Lucifer begins preparations to send out agents who will cause more people to sin and hence increase the population of hell. They arrive on Earth, in Lagos, Nigeria. They are greeted by a set of demonic spirit mediums. They lodge in a hotel, paid for with money that appeared out of thin air. While the demons were having a meeting the hotel receptionist stood outside the door, spying on the demons through the keyhole. One of them disappears and appears behind the receptionist. The demons abducts Divine, he would later come home behaving differently. The demons make a scene at a bar which results in a shoot-out. They would also recruit a human bank manager to work with them, and a magician, meeting him backstage after his magic show.
Back in "hell" Lucifer burns one of his subjects for disobedience as a warning to others.
Back on Earth, a man is run over by a car because he was distracted by one of the female demons. The demonic spirit in Divine is aroused. The demons go out to local bars to pick up victims. The victims are killed and their souls are taken to hell.
Divine's father rebukes Divine for stealing his money, Divine's mother defends him.
The pastor is tempted by one of the female demons, God makes a bet with the devil concerning the pastor's devotion to him. The pastor passes the test but only just barely.
Divine's mother wakes up from a bad dream, Divine's father calms her down and they go back to sleep but then Divine's father has a nightmare. The pastor comes to Divine's home and exorcises him. All the demons appear out of thin air and engages him in battle. God takes away Lucifer's power to harm the pastor, he gives the pastor victory and unleashes his wrath on the devil.
Lucifer Samael Morningstar is a character who appears in American comic books published by DC Comics. He is an adaptation of Lucifer—the Biblical fallen angel and devil of Christianity—and is one of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe. Though various versions of the Devil have been presented by DC Comics, this interpretation by Neil Gaiman debuted in The Sandman #4 in 1989. Lucifer appears primarily as a supporting character in The Sandman and as the protagonist of the spin-off Lucifer.

Azazel is a fictional character that appears on The CW Television Network's drama and horror television series Supernatural. He serves as the main antagonist during the first two seasons. As a demon Prince of Hell, he feeds his blood to infants so that they will grow up to develop demonic abilities, while also manipulating and deceiving others into carrying out his ambitions, often through self-serving and one-sided deals of his construction. His goal of using one such child to release Lucifer is not revealed until much later in the series. Azazel is referred to by nicknames such as "The Yellow-Eyed Demon," or "Yellow Eyes" throughout the first two seasons, his true name not being revealed until the third season. Due to the character's demonic nature of taking different hosts, Azazel has been played by numerous actors but Fredric Lehne is the main default portrayer. All the incarnations have maintained his sadistic sense of humor and irony. Azazel's popularity and importance towards the franchise even led him to be the main antagonist and the analogue to Lucifer in the anime adaptation, as the "Yellow-Eyed Demon," in reference to the nickname he had in the original first two seasons.
Robert Steven Singer is a fictional character in The CW Television Network's horror-drama television series Supernatural portrayed by Jim Beaver. Named after the show's executive producer, Bobby first appears in the first season finale "Devil's Trap." Although Beaver believed his role would merely be a "one-shot deal," Bobby has become a recurring character on the series, and is one of three characters who has appeared in every season of the show. The character, a "rough but warmhearted" working-class man who hunts supernatural creatures, has evolved over time into a father figure for series protagonists Sam and Dean Winchester. Blue Devil is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. He first appeared in a special insert published in Fury of Firestorm #24. That story led directly into Blue Devil #1, also cover dated June 1984. He was created by Dan Mishkin, Gary Cohn, and Paris Cullins. The Blue Devil comic book ran for 31 issues and one annual. Blue Devil later appeared as a regular character in Shadowpact which ran for 25 issues.

His final appearance was at the end of the twelfth season. His portrayal of Crowley has been met with positive reception from both critics and fans of the series. His name is inspired by Aleister Crowley.
