Kasipul is a constituency in Kenya. It is one of eight constituencies in Homa Bay County. [1] [2] Kasipul constituency was established from the 2010 constitution with the code number 245 from Kasipul kabondo constituency and Kabondo constituency formed the other half. The home town for the residents is Oyugis which is one of the Municipalities in Homabay County.
Kasipul constituency has five wards namely: East kamagak, West kamagak, South kasipul, West kasipul and Central kasipul

James Aggrey Bob Orengo is a Kenyan lawyer, a well known human rights activist and politician who is the current governor for Siaya County. Oyugis is the second-largest town in Homa Bay County in Nyanza Kenya. The town lies along the Kisumu-Kisii highway. It is the commercial and financial centre of Rachuonyo Sub-County in Homa Bay County of the former Nyanza Province.
