Kasipul is a constituency in Kenya. It is one of eight constituencies in Homa Bay County. [1] [2] Kasipul constituency was established from the 2010 constitution with the code number 245 from Kasipul kabondo constituency and Kabondo constituency formed the other half. The home town for the residents is Oyugis which is one of the Municipalities in Homabay County.

Kasipul constituency has five wards namely: East kamagak, West kamagak, South kasipul, West kasipul and Central kasipul

The current member of parliament is Hon. Sir Charles Ong'ondo Were.

Oyugis is the second-largest town in Homa Bay County in Nyanza Kenya. The town lies along the Kisumu-Kisii highway. It is the commercial and financial centre of Rachuonyo Sub-County in Homa Bay County of the former Nyanza Province.

General elections were held in Kenya on 27 December 2007. Voters elected the President, and members of the National Assembly. They coincided with the 2007 Kenyan local elections.

The 9th Parliament of the Republic of Kenya was opened by elected President Mwai Kibaki on February 18, 2003. It was the first time that the formerly-dominant Kenya African National Union of Daniel arap Moi was in the minority. Kacheliba Constituency is an electoral constituency in Kenya. It is one of the four constituencies of West Pokot County. The constituency has six wards, which are represented by Members of County Assembly at the West Pokot County Assembly in Kapenguria. The constituency was established before the 1988 elections in order to cater for the interests of the Kara-Pokot community following years of under representation. The constituency was created by the Electoral Commission of Kenya through a publication in the Kenya Gazette.

Belgut is an electoral constituency in Kenya. It is one of six constituencies of Kericho County. The constituency was established for the 1963 elections. A new Constituency Sigowet-Soin was curved out of this Constituency in 2013 after the promulgation of the new constitution (2010).
