Kasir Zamir Shah (born 15, June 1978) was a Pakistani cricketer. He was a left-handed batsman and a left-arm medium-fast bowler who played for Derbyshire between 1999 and 2000. [1]
Shah's Cricket career began at Warwickshire, where he played in the Second XI from 1996, but it was at Derbyshire he was at his most notable, [2] after playing for the team thanks to sponsorship from businessmen. Though 2000 was a bad year for most concerned, captain Tim Munton was unprepared to let Shah bowl, and he was not offered a contract for the 2001 season. [3]
An uncharacteristically patient tailender, he would stick at the crease and defend much longer than his status down the order would appear to imply.

The County Cricket Ground is a cricket ground in Derby, England. It has been the home of Derbyshire County Cricket Club since 1871. The ground was first used by South Derbyshire Cricket Club in 1863 and was initially located within Derby Racecourse, although racing ceased after 1939. The ground has staged two One-Day Internationals: New Zealand against Sri Lanka during the 1983 ICC Cricket World Cup and New Zealand against Pakistan during the 1999 ICC Cricket World Cup. It was one of the venues for the 2017 ICC Women's Cricket World Cup, hosting one of the semi-finals.

Arun Jaitley Stadium is a cricket stadium located at Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi. Established in 1883 as the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium, being near the Kotla fort, it is the second oldest international cricket stadium still functional in India, after the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. As a matter of felicitation, the DDCA named four stands of the stadium after former India captain Bishan Singh Bedi, former India all-rounder Mohinder Amarnath, former India opener and Delhi Ranji player Gautam Gambhir and current captain Virat Kohli. It was also decided to name the home team's dressing room after Raman Lamba and the opposition's dressing room after Prakash Bhandari.
Owais Alam Shah is a former Pakistani Born British cricketer. A middle-order batsman, he played for Middlesex between 1996–2010 and Essex County Cricket Club 2011–2013 before announcing his retirement from first-class cricket. He joined Hampshire for the NatWest t20 Blast in May 2014. He has also represented England in all forms of the game.

In 2017, Kent County Cricket Club competed in Division Two of the County Championship, the Royal London One-Day Cup and the NatWest t20 Blast. In addition, before the start of the English cricket season, Kent competed in the 2016–17 Regional Super50, the List A competition of the West Indian domestic season. This was the first time that any English county had competed in an overseas domestic competition. The invitation to take part in the tournament was largely due to the influence of former West Indian captain Jimmy Adams who had been Kent's Head Coach until September 2016.
Hamidullah Qadri is an Afghan-born English professional cricketer who joined Kent County Cricket Club at the end of the 2019 season. He had previously played for Derbyshire and represents the England under-19 team.
The Pakistan cricket team toured England in August and September 2020 to play three Tests and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. The Test series formed part of the inaugural 2019–21 ICC World Test Championship. The first Test and the T20I matches were played at Old Trafford, and the second and third Test matches were played at the Rose Bowl. All of the fixtures were played behind closed doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
