Not My Life is a 2011 American independent documentary film about human trafficking and contemporary slavery. The film was written, produced, and directed by Robert Bilheimer, who had been asked to make the film by Antonio Maria Costa, executive director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. Bilheimer planned Not My Life as the second installment in a trilogy, the first being A Closer Walk and the third being the unproduced Take Me Home. The title Not My Life came from a June 2009 interview with Molly Melching, founder of Tostan, who said that many people deny the reality of contemporary slavery because it is an uncomfortable truth, saying, "No, this is not my life."

Killers of the Flower Moon is a 2023 American epic Western crime drama film co-produced and directed by Martin Scorsese, who co-wrote the screenplay with Eric Roth. It is based on the 2017 book of the same name by David Grann. Set in 1920s Oklahoma, it focuses on a series of murders of Osage members and relations in the Osage Nation after oil was discovered on tribal land. The tribal members had retained mineral rights on their reservation, but a corrupt local political boss sought to steal the wealth.

The main goal was to protest against Jair Bolsonaro and his presidential campaign. 7 Prisoners is a 2021 Brazilian drama film directed by Alexandre Moratto from a screenplay by Moratto and Thayná Mantesso. The film stars Christian Malheiros and Rodrigo Santoro and premiered at the 78th Venice International Film Festival on September 6, 2021. It was released on Netflix in November 2021.
Elisa Milena Smit Márquez is a Spanish film and television actress. Her acting debut in a feature film Cross the Line (2020) earned her a nomination to the Goya Award for Best New Actress.
