Katherine Propper is an American film director and screenwriter. [1] [2] She is known for her feature directorial debut film Lost Soulz (2023) and short films Street Flame (2019) and Birds (2021). [3] [4] [5]
Originally from Burbank, California, [1] her mother is from Korea and her father Philip Propper de Callejon is from New York. [1] On her father's side, she is a great-granddaughter of Eduardo Propper de Callejon, a Spanish diplomat and a Righteous Among the Nations. Her grandfather Felipe Propper de Callejon (1930-2024) was born in Paris, and her grandmother Renata Propper de Callejon (1929) was born in Vienna.
Propper attended University of Texas at Austin where she received her MFA degree in Film directing and BA degree in Art history at Georgetown University. [2]

The Tribeca Festival is an annual film festival organized by Tribeca Productions. It takes place each spring in New York City, showcasing a diverse selection of film, episodic, talks, music, games, art, and immersive programming. The festival was founded by Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, and Craig Hatkoff in 2002 to spur the economic and cultural revitalization of Lower Manhattan following the September 11, 2001, attacks on the World Trade Center. Until 2020, the festival was known as the Tribeca Film Festival.

Chel White is an American film director, composer, screenwriter and visual effects artist.
