Career

Katie Martin was chief of staff to Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves. [1] She was previously director of public affairs for Citizens Advice. [2] She was also head of philanthropic partnerships at The Guardian and managing director of the company Ideas42. [3] She was given a life peerage in 2025. [4]
