Kayla Compton (born February 3, 1990 [1] ) is an American actress mainly known for playing Allegra Garcia on the CW superhero TV series The Flash.

Career

Compton's career started out with guest appearances on TV shows such as Entourage and Perception . In 2015, she starred in the mini comedy web series Chase Champion. She also made recurring appearances on the TV shows Making Moves and Bro-Dum. [2]

She starred in the 2013 drama film King's Faith and in the 2016 horror comedy Attack of the Killer Donuts. [3] In 2017, she starred in the independent feature film Highway to Havasu. [2]

In 2019, she started appearing as a recurring character on the superhero TV series The Flash . [4] Compton's character, Allegra Garcia, a former metahuman criminal was first introduced at the beginning of the sixth season of the series. She made recurring appearances throughout the season, first appearing in the episode "A Flash of the Lightning", [5] and portrayed Maya in the episode "The Exorcism of Nash Wells". Compton plays the guitar, and is a soprano singer. She also knows gymnastics, and was previously a cheerleader. [10]
