Kee Marcello's K2 is a Swedish hard rock band which was originally the solo project of former Europe guitarist Kee Marcello. The other members were bassist Klatuu (later revealed as an alias for Kee Marcello) and former King Diamond drummer Snowy Shaw.. The first album, Melon Demon Divine was released on Frontier Records in 2004. From the first tour Ken Sandin, former bass player of Alien and Transport League joined the band 10 years ago. In 2009 drummer Mike Terrana (from Rage, Yngwie Malmsteen and Tarja Turunen), and Marco Mendoza (from Thin Lizzy and Whitesnake) joined the band for their first European tour with this lineup. A new album is said to be released in the first quarter of 2010.
Blind Melon is an American rock band formed in 1990 in Los Angeles by five musicians: three from Mississippi, one from Pennsylvania and one from Indiana. The band currently consists of guitarists Rogers Stevens and Christopher Thorn, drummer Glen Graham, vocalist Travis Warren and bassist Nathan Towne. They are best known for their 1993 hit "No Rain", and enjoyed critical and commercial success in the early 1990s with their neo-psychedelic take on alternative rock. The band has sold over 3.2 million albums in the United States as of 2008.
Europe is a Swedish rock band formed in Upplands Väsby in 1979, by frontman Joey Tempest, guitarist John Norum, bassist Peter Olsson, and drummer Tony Reno. They obtained a major breakthrough in Sweden in 1982 by winning the televised competition "Rock-SM" ; it was the first time this competition was held, and Europe became a larger success than the competition itself.

Their eleventh studio album, XI: Bleed Here Now, was released on July 15, 2022. Conrad Keely announced via an Instagram post in March 2023 that the Trail is closed, and later clarified that the band had entered a state of indefinite hiatus.

Firewind is a Greek power metal band formed in Thessaloniki in 1998. The group is currently signed to Century Media Records and was originally a small project created by guitarist Gus G. to showcase his demo, Nocturnal Symphony, in 1998. Firewind later became a full band over three years later when they recorded their debut album, Between Heaven and Hell. To date, the band has released nine studio albums and has been met with international success.
The Final Countdown is the third studio album by the Swedish rock band Europe. Released on 30 May 1986 through Epic Records, the album was a commercial success, peaking at number 8 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart and reaching high positions in charts worldwide. It was recorded at Powerplay Studios in Zürich, Soundtrade Studios in Stockholm, Mastersound Studios in Atlanta and Fantasy Studios in Berkeley. Dee also played temporarily in the German metal band Helloween in 2003. In September 2016, he became German rock band Scorpions' new drummer as a permanent member. Dee is famous for lengthy drum solos, often lasting between five and fifteen minutes. Some notable examples include those that appear in Sacrifice, In the Name of Tragedy, and The One to Sing the Blues. In addition he also played with King Diamond from 1985–1989.

Between 1987 and 1997, he was based in Los Angeles and worked with various virtuoso guitarists, including Yngwie Malmsteen, Tony Macalpine, and Steve Lukather, and bands like Kuni and Beau Nasty.

Easy Action is a Swedish band from Stockholm that was first formed in 1981 by Pelle Almgren (ex-Warhead), Henrik "2 meter" Jermsten (ex-Stoodes), Bosse Belsen and Björne Fröberg. Bosse and Björne quit and were replaced by Ola "Skox" Andersson and drummer Urban "Ubbe" Sundbaum. Stranded Records became interested and released the single "Honcho Bongo". It did not sell well and when the second single, "Om jag vore kung", also failed the band split up. Skox and 2 meter formed Psyhedelic Mongo and Pelle Almgren started writing songs instead.
