Kelly Samynadin is a Seychellois teacher and politician currently serving as a directly elected member of the 7th National Assembly of Seychelles from Au Cap constituency on the ticket of Linyon Demokratik Seselwa (LDS) political party. [1] [2]

Background and career

Kelly Samynadin spent her tender age in Anse Royale before moving to Au Cap as teenager. She studied French for her A’Level and diploma in secondary education at the National Institute of Education (NIE) and earned her license de francais in 2019. She was directly elected to the 7th National Assembly in 2020 from the Au Cap constituency on the nomination of LDS party. [3] She serves on the Women's Parliamentary Caucus, Media, Youth and Culture Committee (MYCC) International Affairs Committee and L’Association Parlementaire de La Francophonie as member. She is a member of Southern African Development Community Parliamentary Forum (SADC PF) and serves on the committee for Gender Equality, Women Advancement and Youth Development as a member.
