Kemp Alan Rasmussen (born May 25, 1979) is a former American football defensive lineman. He played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Carolina Panthers from 2002 to 2005. He signed with the Seattle Seahawks in 2006, but he was placed on the injured reserve list. Rasmussen played college football at Indiana University. [1]
