Philadelphia Phillies

On August 30, 2015, Roberts was claimed off waivers by the Philadelphia Phillies. [4] In 6 appearances for the team, he struggled to a 10.38 ERA with 1 strikeout over 4+13 innings of work. On October 7, Roberts was removed from the 40-man roster and sent outright to the Triple–A Lehigh Valley IronPigs. [5] He was released by the Phillies organization on March 31, 2016.
